Tom Leard is a 41-year-old husband, father, son, and firefighter. He grew up in Waltham, Massachusetts, about 10 miles west of Boston. Tom has been involved in the Movember Foundation since 2010 and hasn't looked back. The thing that he likes so much about the Movember Foundation is that they're solely focused on men's health. The work with his team that they've created has been grassroots. They've been hosting events and simply having powerful conversations with other men in their lives focusing on their overall health and wellness. And we have a great group of Mo Bros, that's how he describes it, that gets the message out and raises funds for the ongoing work of the Movember Foundation.
